South Africa is one of our most popular destinations, and a wonderful place to be from November to April. Travel by rental car, go whale watching or cycling through the vineyards. Nature in South Africa is overwhelming with beautiful colored \u00a0mountains and spectacular views of the coastline. Wildlife is not only limited to the wildlife parks which you can experience during a visit to Boulders Beach, where penguins roam around freely.<\/p>\n

The spectacular ZEITZ MOCAA museum has recently been opened in Cape Town and has the world’s largest collection of African modern art, a must for art lovers. The Mount Nelson Hotel<\/a> is famous for its high tea in its gardens and the cozy Camps Bay is known for its beautiful beach and excellent restaurants. Spend the night at The Silo<\/a>, an architectural masterpiece with a glass swimming pool on the roof. Here we suggest an overnight in The Pod, a stylish boutique hotel close to the ocean. We have is a great choice of hotels in all price ranges.<\/p>\n

Just outside of Cape Town are the wine towns of Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl with beautiful nature and historic wineries where you can eat and spend the night. Top overnight stays include Delaire Graff Estate<\/a> and Babylon’s Tower<\/a>, a Dutch farmhouse from 1692 with the most beautiful organic vegetable garden in the country. Swellendam with its historic houses in the Dutch style along the main street, is at the beginning of the famous Garden Route. Our regular address here is Bloomestate<\/a>, a good from which you can visit the De Hoop nature park. With a deliciously prepared picnic in the back seat of your car, you can visit the beautiful park by the sea, where you will encounter zebras, bontebok and ostriches on foot or by bike. From June to November you can spot whales swim along the coast.<\/p>\n

For a more rugged nature, you can visit Mount Ceder. During your walk here you can search for ancient rock drawings which are thousands of years old. Upon arrival at the Cederberg Lodge<\/a> you will receive a key to a lovely cottage with lots of privacy and a veranda, and from here you can spot wildlife while enjoying unprecedented peace surrounding you.<\/p>\n

At the end of the journey, Paternoster is the best option for relaxation by the sea. This small fishing village is located on two unprecedented beautiful sandy bays, not far from the West Coast National Park. But if you are looking for luxury and comfort, Hotel\u00a0Strandloper<\/a> would then be the right choice, with a wonderful swimming pool, bicycles and beautiful hotel rooms. Many residents of Cape Town come to Paternoster for its delicious food, for example in restaurant Wolfgat<\/a>, which is one of the best restaurants in the country.
